Message us on Facebook or Telegram. Include the email you signed in with, your device, and what you were doing.
Common questions
- Signing in. ThaiSpeak uses Google and Apple sign-in only. If a sign-in fails, check the connection and try the other provider.
- Cost. The app is free to use.
- Running out of credits. The AI features share a credit allowance. Profile shows what is left and the date it changes. Lessons keep working while it is empty.
- No sound. Check the ringer switch and volume first, then Profile → sound settings.
- Learning on more than one device. An account can be signed in on three devices. Profile → Devices lists them and lets you remove one to free a slot.
- Deleting your account. Profile → Delete account deletes your account and its data from the live service straight away, or ask us through the channels above. A few records are kept after deletion, and backups hold copies for about 90 days — the Privacy Policy lists exactly what and why.
- Reporting a wrong or offensive answer. Every AI answer has a report button, and Profile → Report a Problem reaches us directly.
